What their eyes were hiding

Synopsis
Lo que escondían sus ojos / What her eyes were hiding is a television miniseries based on the homonymous novel by Nieves Herrero, which recreates a love story that became a scandal at that time in the most exclusive social circles of society and which did not reach public opinion. Produced by Mediaset for the Spanish network Telecinco in 2016 and starring Blanca Suárez, Rubén Cortada and Charlotte Vega.
The Marquise de Llanzol, a woman ahead of her time who had it all -beauty, wealth and social position- and Ramón Serrano Suñer, Franco's brother-in-law, Minister of Foreign Affairs and one of the strong men of the Regime, fell in love and lived a clandestine romance in post-war Spain, a time when the Spanish Civil War had devastated the country and Nazis and allies sought the nation's support at the dawn of World War II.
